Machine Function Description:

DR-JXS-YPJ Robot with line box pressing machine is used for re-foaming (the heaven and earth cover ) after forming to improve the quality of the box and perform secondary blistering after installing other accessories in the box. The product does not need to adjust the production line, and the main work units and blocking machinery are directly connected to the assembly line, achieving the goal of mechanical replacement.

Unit characteristics and standard configuration:

1. Adopting the four-axis robot arm HR R4-350 independently developed by Darui;

2. Suction box up and down can ensure that after the box is compressed, unconventional rectification can be carried out to the following process;

3. Adopting a mobile platform without the need for installation in corners;

4. Supports positive pressure, reverse pressure, and dual stations;

5. Adopting a sliding table design, adjusting the foam press head more convenient;

6. The platform adopts high-precision processing to ensure the perpendicularity and parallelism between the spindle and the foaming machine head.
