Machine Function Description:

The DR-SJ-M1,(rigid box) Visual Positioning Machine, is mainly used for multi-batch and small-batch manual orders of (rigid box), solving the automation of automaticpaper loading, gluing, and precise positioning processes. Adopting Yamaha robotic armand single vision lens, the positioning accuracy can reach 0.1mm.

Unit characteristics and standard configuration:

1. Adopting a three-servo automatic pasting machine for easier integrated control;

2. Adopting three or four color belts can be recorded for single or double setting;

3. Adopting Yamaha four-axis, 10 kg, 600 arm extension robotic arm;

4. Adopting Haikang/Dahua 2000 pixel visuallens;

5. More in-line production with automatic corner fitting machines, box holding robots, and semi-automatic forming machines.
