Dust removal: To ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend its lifespan, the rigid box machine should be periodically disassembled and cleaned, and the surface of the machine should be cleaned of dust, paper scraps, and carbonized substances with a dry brush and high-pressure air to prevent foreign objects from getting stuck;
4. Lubrication: Regularly apply grease to the transmission components, check if the pneumatic lubricating oil and other components of the filter need to be added (specific lubrication requirements should be executed according to the equipment lubrication steps);
5. Rail maintenance: The nozzle seat rail should be lifted and wiped with grease, and the screw transmission components should be kept clean to prevent dust from getting stuck in the slider. At the same time, it should be kept in a good lubrication state to maintain a longer service life; Check the tightness of the guide rail synchronous belt once a month;
6. Belt maintenance: Firstly, it is necessary to pay attention to the parallelism and tightness of the belt. If the belt is eccentric, it is easy to wear on one side; The parallelism of the belt needs to be adjusted frequently. Tightening and loosening the belt on one side can cause deformation of the belt, leading to inaccurate production positioning of the book box for a long time. Failure to adjust these factors can lead to damage to the belt;
7. Nozzle maintenance: If the nozzle is not used for a long time, it should be opened once a week. Turn on the air pressure, manually open the nozzle, and spray a little glue, otherwise it may cause the nozzle to block if not used for a long time;
8. When the machine is not in use for a long time, it is best to clean it up, apply anti rust oil, and do a good job of dust prevention, waterproof, and sun protection.
