DR -TD1000 is a flexible rigid box making machine line for conventional sizeboutique boxes and aiming at highlighting high -precision spotter, The whole line adoptsmodular components, which can be used flexibly to cope with the complex and changingprocess requirements. Suitable for mooncake boxes, high-grade jewelryboxes ,mobile phone boxes jewelry boxes gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, watch boxes, etcthe box size is better to meet the need of small quantities of multiple categories.
The machine adopts PLC and man -machine control, camera tracing system and canautomatically feed cover paper, glue, feed greyboard, paste four corners, spot greyboard, lift box, wrap box, fold corner edaes and form box.
The feeder, the gluer and the converyor are driven by servos and enjoys highaccuracy, easy adjusting, The spotting unit adopt camera tracing system and robot arm goto pick box shell, enhancing the spotter accuracy to±0.1mm, and its spotting and adiustingis more faster. The box holder adopts a four axis robot arm for handling, which hashigher safety and greater flexibility.
