Unit function description:

DR-TD TD2000 is a flexible rigid box making machine line for small-size boutique boxes ,aiming at highlighting the flexible production line with top and bottom boxes comeout together. the whole line adopts modular components, which can be used flexibly to copewith the complex and changing process requirements. Suitable for high-grade jewelry boxes、mobile phone boxes 、iewelry boxes、 gift boxes 、 cosmetic boxes、 watch boxes, etc, the box size is better to meet the needs of small quantities of multiple categories.

The machine adopts plc and man-machine control, camera tracing system and can automatically feed cover paper, glue, feed greyboard, paste four corners, spot greyboard, liftbox,wrap box,fold corner edges and form box.

The feeder, the gluer and the converyor are driven by servos and enjoys high accuracy, easy adjusting, the spotting unit adopt camera tracing system and robot arm goto pick box shell,enhancing the spotter accuracy to ±0.1mm,and its spotting and adjustingis more faster. The box holder adopts a four axis robot arm for handling, which has higher safety and greater flexibility.
