Machine Function Description:

DR-KH01 Automatic button box machine is an automatic equipment for buckle box process of many kinds of top box and bottom box in automatic production line.

Working application scenario 1 of the machine: the mouth of the horizontal bottom box is facing up, the mouth of the horizontal top box is facing up, when the top box mouth is downward move to the designated position through the box turning action, the robot arm grabs the top box, moves to the top of the bottom box channel and adjusts the tilt angle backward, when the bottom box arrives, it stops and completes the button box at the same time. The robot arm releases the top box, and then takes down another top box, so as to work in a cycle.

Working application scenario 2 of the machine: Multiple sets of vertical bottom boxes with openings facing upwards, and the bottom box through the material distribution rotation of 90° ,multiple sets of vertical top boxes with openings facing upwards, and the top box through the material distribution rotation of 90°，when the top box mouth is downward move to the designated position through the box turning action, the robot arm grabs the top box, moves to the top of the bottom box channel and adjusts the tilt angle backward, when the bottom box arrives, it stops and completes the button box at the same time. The robot arm releases the top box, and then takes down another top box, so as to work in a cycle.

Working application scenario 3 of the machine: the mouth of the horizontal bottom box is facing up, and the box mouth is downward through the box turning action , the horizontal top box mouth is downward move to the designated position, the robot arm grabs the top box, moves to the top of the bottom box channel and adjusts the tilt angle backward， when the bottom box arrives, it stops and completes the button box at the same time, the robot arm releases the top box, and then takes down another top box, so as to work in a cycle.
